Your responsibilities will include: Leading with integrity by modeling authentic communication and fostering a respectful and trustworthy environment. Guiding team members during shifts by assigning tasks (cleaning, line duties, opening/closing duties), providing feedback, and training. Controlling food costs, labor, waste, and cash management during your shift. Championing hospitality by exceeding brand standards and delivering a best-in-class guest experience. Ensuring safety and compliance by upholding food safety, security, and labor standards. Living our values to bring our people-first culture to life every day. What You Bring A genuine passion for hospitality, people, and guest satisfaction. Strong leadership skills with a reputation as a trusted, approachable role model. Self-motivation, a positive attitude, and a commitment to doing the right thing. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Reliable transportation and ability to work long/irregular shifts when required. Physical ability to meet restaurant demands: standing, lifting, bending, squatting, reaching, sweeping, mopping, and working in varied temperatures. Must be 18 years old. High School Diploma (preferred). Some college or restaurant management coursework (preferred). 6 months of quick-serve restaurant experience (preferred). Valid driver's license (required).
