Upon passing the exam, your responsibilities will include: Implementing skill acquisition and behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a supervising BCBA Collecting accurate data for all treatment plans for BCBA analysis Providing direct care while consulting regularly with the BCBA for support, training, and supervision Adapting interventions as instructed by the supervising BCBA when needed Maintaining thorough knowledge of each intervention and plan for each client on your caseload Keeping RBT credentials valid by completing the RBT Competency Assessment annually per BACB guidelines Tracking RBT supervision hours for compliance Submitting the RBT Competency Assessment and Annual Renewal form for BACB acceptance Adhering to BACB Ethical Standards for RBT consistently Requirements to Apply: Minimum High School Diploma or national equivalent Willingness to obtain a valid Registered Behavior Technician Certificate with the BACB Must pass a pre-employment background screening process
