Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Location: Rancho Bellagio Post Acute Pay: $58 per hour, DOE Rancho Bellagio Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our clinical team. If you are passionate about helping adults improve communication, cognition, and swallowing abilities, this is a meaningful opportunity to make a real impact. Purpose of the Role The SLP will assess, diagnose, treat, and help prevent speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing disorders in adult patients within our skilled nursing setting. Qualifications Previous experience in speech pathology or a related clinical field Strong understanding of communication and swallowing disorders Ability to build rapport with patients and families Excellent written and verbal communication skills Positive, patient, and professional demeanor Education, Experience, and Skill Requirements Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university, meeting all state licensure requirements Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist One year of experience in a skilled nursing or similar rehabilitation setting preferred Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Statement Rancho Bellagio Post Acute and its affiliated entities are Equal Opportunity Employers.
