Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive Corporate Controller to oversee the full spectrum of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. The ideal candidate will bring strong manufacturing experience, SAP expertise, and a strategic mindset supported by modern analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Key Responsibilities: Lead monthly close and prepare accurate financial statements Manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and internal controls Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies Supervise and mentor accounting team members Coordinate annual audits and interface with external auditors Partner cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and leadership to improve financial performance Utilize SAP ERP and Power BI or Tableau for real-time reporting and insights Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA strongly preferred) 7+ years of accounting experience, including leadership roles in manufacturing environments Strong knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, and financial planning Hands-on experience with SAP ERP Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization and reporting Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
