Position Highlights: Hand Unload: This is a physically demanding role that requires manual unloading of freight. Home Time: You will be home weekly, although daily or weekend home time is not guaranteed. Freight Handling: 100% touch freight with live unload at stores, utilizing rollers for box-by-box unloading. States Covered: Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, New York, Rhode Island, and Maine within 1066 miles of Windsor, CT. Compensation Structure: Average Pay: $1500 to $1750 weekly for drivers completing 1500 miles and 5 loads, with top earners reaching $2200-$2400 weekly. Annual Salary: Potential to earn up to $104,000. Weekly Incentive Bonus: Additional $50 for drivers available for a full work week. Pay Scale: 0-11 months: $0.53/mile 12 months: $0.57/mile 24 months: $0.61/mile 36 months: $0.66/mile 60 months: $0.71/mile 84 months: $0.72/mile 120 months: $0.73/mile Additional Compensation: Unload Pay: $240 per unload.
