Job Overview Join Relativity as an experienced Senior Revenue Accountant, where you'll play a vital role in our Revenue Accounting team within our accounting and finance function. Responsibilities and Duties Analyze customer contracts to determine revenue recognition under ASC 606, documenting any nonstandard terms. Take ownership of critical components of the monthly and quarterly close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insightful revenue analysis and support deal structuring decisions. Facilitate external audits by ensuring all revenue-related documentation and controls are thoroughly prepared. Enhance and scale revenue systems, processes, and controls to accommodate business growth. Participate in special projects related to revenue accounting and the quote-to-cash cycle. Build strong relationships with various departments, including accounting, FP&A, sales, deal desk, and legal. Who You Are Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in Revenue Accounting, ideally within a high-growth technology company. Strong technical understanding of ASC 606 for Software and SaaS, including usage-based commit contracts. Experience with Revenue Systems such as Workday Financials, NetSuite ARM, and Zuora Revenue. Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with an attention to detail. Compensation Relativity is dedicated to fair and equitable compensation practices. This position offers a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range is between $74,000 and $110,000, with the final offer reflecting the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
