Dental Hygienist

Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough oral health assessments and perio charting. Perform professional cleanings, including scaling, plaque/calculus removal, and polishing. Take and interpret dental X-rays while adhering to safety protocols. Apply preventive materials such as fluoride and sealants. Educate patients about oral hygiene practices and nutrition tailored to their needs. Accurately update patient records and assist the dentist during procedures. Ensure strict sterilization procedures and maintain a pristine clinical environment. Create a warm and welcoming experience for every patient. Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8 am to 5 pm; Third Friday of the Month from 8 am to 2 pm. It is preferred that our ideal candidate is available all four days, but we are also open to interviewing those who can work one to three days. Bilingual in English and conversational Spanish. Requirements: Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program. Active state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). Clinical experience as a Dental Hygienist. A patient-centered approach with strong interpersonal skills. Commitment to ongoing professional development. Benefits: Dental insurance and 401k plan.
