Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Architect - SCM Expert

Job Description Join our dynamic team as a highly skilled Techno-Functional Architect with a specialization in Plan-to-Deliver (PTD) within Oracle ERP Cloud SCM. We are looking for a professional who can engage effectively with technical teams, influencing elements such as PL/SQL, integrations, data models, and batch processes, while possessing a strong grasp of manufacturing, planning, inventory, and costing business logic. In this role, you will serve as the critical translation layer between business objectives and system execution, actively owning PTD outcomes from process design through to technical realization and operational stability. Your Responsibilities: Functional & Business Architecture Own PTD business flows that encompass: Supply & Demand Planning Manufacturing Inventory Cost Management Convert operational and planning challenges into system-level behavior and data requirements. Ensure that PTD designs adhere to Oracle SCM best practices, while accommodating enterprise-scale requirements. Technical Engagement & Ownership Collaborate directly with technical teams on: PL/SQL packages Concurrent programs Interface control tables Custom validations and extensions Review and understand: Data flows Batch dependencies Planning collections and refresh cycles Take part in technical design reviews and influence implementation strategies. Troubleshoot PTD issues to the level of SQL, data anomalies, and process orchestration logic. Integration & Data Define and validate integrations leveraging: FBDI REST APIs OIC flows Analyze upstream and downstream data dependencies impacting planning, manufacturing, and costing processes. Ensure the accuracy of OTBI/BIP logic for PTD analytics and reconciliation. Operations & Governance Serve as the PTD escalation authority during incident management and stability events. Lead root cause analysis across functional configuration, data, and code. Establish a testing strategy focused on business-critical PTD scenarios. Conduct release impact analysis and provide technical risk assessments. Required Skills & Experience: Proven expertise in the design and configuration of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM with a strong emphasis on PTD. Deep understanding of PTD functional processes and their technical implementation. Hands-on familiarity with: PL/SQL logic (ability to review, debug, and validate) Oracle ERP Cloud data model Batch and concurrent processing Integration methods (FBDI, REST, OIC) Exceptional communication skills to engage with: Business stakeholders Technical architects Developers Experience in large, complex ERP landscapes. Desirable Skills: Experience in the telecom or manufacturing industries. Background in ERP performance tuning or stabilization initiatives. Familiarity with DevOps / CI-CD practices for ERP extensions. Disclaimer: Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements. Salary Range: Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. Potential eligibility for bonuses and equity.
