Forklift Operator Union City, GA Schedule: Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM Pay: $18-21/hr Position Summary Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in Union City. In this role, you'll be responsible for operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise-while ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in freight forwarding or LTL (less-than-truckload) operations, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Key Responsibilities Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Load, unload, move, and stack materials and products according to company standards. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. Assist with receiving deliveries, inspecting goods, and verifying shipment accuracy. Perform inventory counts, stock replenishment, and cycle counts as required. Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and free of hazards. Follow all safety guidelines, equipment operating procedures, and company policies. Support general warehouse functions including labeling, wrapping pallets, and staging shipments. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production and shipping deadlines. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Valid forklift certification/license (or willingness to obtain). Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment. Preferred: Experience in freight forwarding or LTL operations. Ability to lift up to [X lbs] and stand/walk for extended periods. Basic math and computer skills; inventory systems experience a plus. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork. Must be able to move at a fast pace and adapt to changing priorities. Work Environment Fast-paced warehouse setting.
