Supervise and mentor clinical staff, supporting professional growth and clinical excellence. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams on patient care plans. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all regulatory standards. Manage performance evaluations and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Oversee case scheduling, inventory management, and equipment maintenance. Support and expand the hospital's STEMI program and other quality improvement initiatives. Champion patient education and wellness through effective communication strategies. Stay current on developments in cardiovascular care and best practices. Qualifications Active California RN license required. Certifications in acute or critical care strongly preferred. Extensive experience in Cath Lab procedures and acute/emergency care. Proven leadership in a clinical or surgical services environment. Thorough understanding of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
