In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of General Managers, champion strategic initiatives to enhance performance, and ensure exceptional operational results, customer satisfaction, and profitable growth. The ideal candidate will take a hands-on approach, excelling in the development and execution of comprehensive business strategies for growth. You will be responsible for analyzing P&L results for the region, delivering strategic insights, and ensuring accountability among branch leadership teams. We are looking for candidates with a solid track record in leading multi-branch operations, particularly in the exterior building services or construction sectors. Essential skills include strong financial acumen, outstanding communication and presentation abilities, and relationship-building expertise at all organizational levels. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical problem-solving abilities, a hands-on management style, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a similar field is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA. Applicants should have a minimum of 15 years in operational leadership roles and must possess or be willing to obtain a contractor’s license within six months of hire.
