Summary of Position: As a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be a key member of our recruiting team, dedicated to identifying top candidates, fulfilling requirements, and accelerating contractor placements. You will collaborate closely with the account management team to prioritize urgent needs, establish achievable fulfillment targets, and present qualified candidates. Your representation in daily Stand-Up meetings, weekly recruiter reports, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) is essential. We are looking for high performers who are also experts in recruiting strategies and knowledgeable about our division. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Execute full life cycle recruiting tasks, including job postings, resume sourcing, candidate engagement, interview preparation, salary negotiations, reference checks, and overseeing onboarding documentation. Maintain candidate profiles and document daily activities in our internal Applicant Tracking System. Compile and submit a weekly recruiter report detailing activity and candidate pipeline; participate in quarterly business reviews (QBR). Join business development meetings to understand and qualify client requirements through technical conversations. Support sales teams in business development efforts, including lead gathering for the CRM, setting meetings from referrals, attending client meetings, and promoting Zachary Piper Solutions and/or Piper Companies services. Participate in daily office Stand Up and weekly requirement prioritization meetings. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum of 2 years of successful recruiting experience with a staffing firm, talent acquisition team, or within human resources. Proven track record of exceeding weekly activity and quarterly production goals. Proactive approach to breaking new accounts, saturating existing clients, and providing expert recruiting insights to the sales team. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency, maintaining composure during unpredictable situations, managing multiple tasks, and showing daily initiative. Excellent critical thinking, planning, time management, and organizational skills. Proficient in online software applications and/or MS Office tools.
