The perfect candidate will possess exceptional technical skills, a strong history of client partnership, and demonstrated leadership in industrial water and wastewater projects. In this role, you will manage intricate projects, cultivate relationships with prominent clients, and play a central role in expanding our industrial water practice. You Will: Design and oversee industrial water and wastewater projects, including the development of plans, specifications, and engineering documents. Lead diverse teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with all regulations and standards. Build and maintain strong client relationships while seeking opportunities for practice growth. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior staff members. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to achieve high-quality outcomes. You Have: A Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Environmental, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering; an advanced degree is preferred. A PE license, with over 20 years of experience in industrial water and wastewater engineering and project management. Expert knowledge in designing treatment processes, piping systems, and infrastructure, with familiarity in technologies such as membrane separation, anaerobic digestion, nutrient recovery, media filtration, activated carbon, coagulation/flocculation, and ion exchange. Experience in industrial stormwater treatment, data center wastewater management, wastewater recycling strategies, and mining wastewater treatment and remediation. Proficient in engineering software and tools, with a strong background in business development and practice growth. A comprehensive understanding of relevant city, state, and federal regulations and permits associated with stormwater and wastewater management. Compensation Details: The base salary for this role ranges from $140,000 to $200,000. Compensation is influenced by education, experience, location, and role.
