About the Role: As a CBRE LIS Coordinator, you will provide support services to facilitate the repair, maintenance, and calibration of laboratory instrumentation. This job is part of the Critical and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for technical maintenance services in critical client environments. What You’ll Do: Manage purchase orders through the procurement system(s) and oversee delivery scheduling to ensure timely fulfillment. Coordinate and manage all visiting contractors across the site, working closely with client on‑site teams to ensure alignment with operational requirements. Review and validate all service reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contractual expectations. Maintain and update the asset database(s), including service intervals, maintenance schedules, and full asset history. Serve as the primary point of contact for all scientific staff, ensuring timely completion of work order requests. Provide clear, proactive communication to scientific end users regarding work order status, progress, and completion. Oversee all repair, decommissioning, calibration, and preventive maintenance activities, ensuring that calibration deadlines are met and repairs are conducted promptly. Manage service contracts with existing vendors, ensuring timely renewals and adherence to contract terms. Collect, analyze, and prepare KPI data for presentation during client technical review meetings. Collect, analyze, and prepare financial data related to self-performed work and third‑party service spend during client business reviews. Make sure sure that equipment is available for staff scientist. Gather documentation for inspection and audit purposes. Provide training support and backup to department personnel for the review of GxP pipette or similar certificates and test reports. Follow standardized procedures and practices and receive regular but moderate supervision and guidance. Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion. Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail. Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance. What You’ll Need: High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience. Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. Basic math skills. The minimum salary for the Laboratory Coordinator position is $60,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Laboratory Coordinator is $80,000 position is annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
