Braze Integrations Specialist

Job DescriptionThe Braze Integrations Specialist is able to translate business needs into robust, scalable, and secure integrations that deliver high-quality guest data into our MarTech stack, enabling personalization and real-time orchestration. This role operationalizes the architectural vision established by the Solutions Architect.​ Job Responsibilities Collaborate with IT, Data, and Digital teams on data schemas, identity resolution, and event taxonomy.Ensure data quality, validation, and error handling across integrations.Support SDK implementation and testing on mobile app / web for tracking and event capture.Document integration designs, code, configs, and runbooks.Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with minimal business impact.Partner with Campaign Ops and Solutions Architect to support campaign needs.Monitor integration performance and recommend improvements.Enforce security, privacy, and consent requirements in data flows.Provide training / handoff docs to Ops and Analytics teams. ​ Competencies Problem-solving attitudeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAptitude for fostering positive relationshipsDetailed oriented and curiousUnderstanding of product development life cycleStrong API development / data engineering experience.Detail-oriented with a quality mindset.Collaborative across technical and non-technical stakeholders.Understands consent and privacy compliance in data flows.Agile / delivery mindset to operationalize change quickly.Ability to think independently and make real-time decisions, keeping in mind guest and team member experience as well as business impact.Highly organized, self-motivated and detail orientedEffective time management skills and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.Technical capacity; proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel are preferred.Must present well-groomed professional appearance at all times. Must be flexible regarding schedule with the ability to work varied days and times. Qualifications: QualificationsEducation and/or Experience High school diplomaAdditional education or experience and certification preferredUnderstanding of product development life cycle​3+ years working in the hospitality industry preferred Language SkillsAbility to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals, instructions, emails and other related documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries from other employees or guests. Fluency in English required, second language a plus. Ability to write detailed instructions and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations.Age, Certifications and Work Cards 21 years of age or above.A valid Nevada Gaming License is required and must be obtained before entering this position.
