Key Responsibilities: Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations, promptly reporting any suspicious activities. Follow food safety, sanitation, and safety guidelines strictly to maintain a safe work environment. Manage ordering functions efficiently with wholesalers and maintain accurate inventory control. Uphold cleanliness and organization in work areas and customer spaces. Prepare and dispense products accurately using industry best practices. Ensure accurate billing procedures to maximize value for customers and the company. Handle phone inquiries and provide assistance as appropriate. Understand and implement cash register operations, following all policies to minimize losses. Deliver exceptional customer service during all steps of product reception and dispensing. Assist the pharmacist with all non-judgmental tasks. Maintain confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA regulations. Support company health and wellness initiatives. Assist in stocking orders and following protocol for deliveries. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing stress and conflict gracefully. Act with integrity regarding confidential customer and company information. Provide respectful support to a diverse clientele, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults. Fulfill all essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodations.
