As part of our US EY Law practice, you will be a key player in our Legal Transform and Operate/Contract Solutions team. Responsibilities Deliver project-based services involving contract review, abstraction, analysis, and remediation as per client needs. Create executive summaries of contracts to aid client teams’ understanding of risk and compliance. Negotiate and redline diverse contract types, including procurement and sales agreements. Collaborate with client stakeholders to mitigate risks in contracts while meeting commercial objectives. Adapt to client-specific processes and negotiation strategies. Communicate independently with client business and legal teams to foster strong relationships. Work within a team to ensure service delivery meets project scope and client satisfaction targets. Engage in regular communications with internal and external stakeholders. Implement and facilitate the use of Contract Management technologies and AI solutions to enhance service delivery. Continuously improve processes including workflow and knowledge management. Provide regular reporting to stakeholders, including senior management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 3 to 5 years' experience in a multinational corporation, law firm, or management consulting. Strong expertise in contracting and issue spotting across various contract types. Experience in negotiating contracts on both buy and sell sides. Proven ability to lead workstreams on large data-driven projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both formal and informal. Familiarity with contracting and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) technologies and interest in AI applications. Responsive to the needs of internal and external clients. Strong relationship-building capabilities and ability to manage conflicts effectively. Self-starter with analytical, organizational, and adaptability skills. Desirable skills in problem solving and project management. Ideal candidates should have: JD or advanced degree in related fields (Business, Analytics, Finance). Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CIPP/E, PMP). Experience with legal-adjacent functions (e.g., procurement) and understanding of business objectives.
