We are looking for a passionate and experienced Lead HVAC Engineer Expert to play a key role in our Advanced Manufacturing Group. As an integral member of our Building Mechanical team, you will have the opportunity to: Design and layout HVAC systems specifically for heavy industrial clients. Develop comprehensive criteria for HVAC systems that ensure comfort heating and cooling, precise temperature and humidity controls, and clean room applications. Prepare both conceptual and preliminary design documents, including sizing calculations, Air Flow Diagrams (AFDs), Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and overall arrangements. Finalize design documents that include specifications, sequences of operation, and duct and piping layouts, along with essential construction documents. Collaborate effectively with various disciplines to ensure smooth project delivery. We appreciate your ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under tight deadlines. You will be responsible for maintaining the schedule and technical quality of your engineering tasks while building strong relationships with our clients. Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in HVAC design for industrial facilities. Extensive knowledge of relevant codes and standards. Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate with remote team members. Ideally, you will also have experience with: Revit, Carrier HAP, Trane Trace 700, and Trane Trace 3D software.
