YOUR ROLE: Conduct inspections and document contractor construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with electrical scope contract documents. Document contractor material deliveries and monitor field installations. Perform material testing as required by the contract. Review contractors' schedules to ensure timely project progress. Measure and maintain accurate records of materials and quantities installed. Create 'As-Built' drawings to reflect completed work. Respond to inquiries regarding electrical inspections related to the project. Exercise strong judgment to identify potential issues and promptly report them to your supervisor. Collaborate within your Project Team to resolve challenges effectively. Support office tasks by compiling records and data for proposed and completed projects. COMPENSATION: $50,000 - $90,000 a year WHAT YOU'LL BRING: Ability to read and interpret contract documents, including plans and specifications. Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, crawl, and climb for extended periods; able to lift 40 pounds or more and comply with safety equipment requirements; tolerate extreme temperatures and noise on-site. 2-4 years of experience in electrical construction. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Certifications such as ESI, Special Inspection, or Journeyman Card in relevant fields.
