The department now requires two managers, creating a rare opportunity to step into a well-supported leadership structure rather than carrying the load alone. You'll help lead a high-acuity CVICU with ECMO support, complex cardiac surgery, and advanced heart failure care. Key Highlights Second manager role (shared leadership model) Oversight of a 28-bed CVICU ECMO program involvement Strong physician alignment and system resources Required Experience 4+ years of recent CVICU/ICU leadership (within the last year) BSN required; advanced degree preferred Texas RN or compact license BLS & ACLS required CCRN preferred Compensation Salary Range: $84,849 - $127,274 Sign-on and relocation considered case by case Full benefits package Leadership is looking for someone self-driven, collaborative, and respected by peers-not a micromanager.
