Learn more at Your Mission Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems using ServiceNow, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and API integrations. Work individually or as part of a team to improve workflows, update logic, modify forms, integrate APIs, and enhance ticket routing and status tracking. Utilize appropriate software development methodologies and best practices to deliver high-quality solutions. You Will Excel in This Role If You Are: Skilled in developing and customizing ServiceNow applications Experienced in coding with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other scripting languages Comfortable integrating third-party software and APIs using REST and SOAP Knowledgeable in ITSM frameworks and Agile methodologies Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills A Day in the Life Of: Enhancing and modifying ServiceNow workflows, logic, and forms Developing and implementing scripts, business rules, policies, and ACLs Integrating APIs to improve system functionality and automation Troubleshooting and resolving software issues Collaborating with team members to improve ticket routing and status tracking Must Haves: TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or four additional years of SWE experience) Two years of experience developing and customizing core ServiceNow applications (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog) Four years of IT application systems experience in technology solutions delivery Experience configuring ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements Experience integrating third-party software and APIs using REST and SOAP ServiceNow System Administrator or ServiceNow Application Developer certification Nice to Have: Experience working in Agile development environments Knowledge of AngularJS, JSON, or other ServiceNow-related languages Experience with ServiceNow Implementations (four years preferred) Strong understanding of ITIL best practices ClearEdge is an established small business that values its employees and is committed to providing an environment where individuals can succeed and grow.
