NOW HIRING: 3rd shift Production Maintenance Technician Location: Brighton, MI Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour (includes shift premium) CALL US ASAP at 734-484-3668 to apply!SHIFT SCHEDULE: Training: 1st shift for 6 months Permanent Shift: 3rd shift after training Workweek: Monday - Thursday (10-hour shifts) Overtime: Available on Fridays (8-hour shift) POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking a Production Maintenance Technician to ensure optimal equipment performance in a fast-paced production environment. This role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, and process improvements while adhering to high safety and quality standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain a Safe Work Environment Promote and enforce safety best practices. Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures when servicing machinery. Ensure all safety controls are in place for employees and equipment. Preventative Maintenance & Spare Parts Management Maintain accurate records and manage spare parts inventory. Follow a scheduled maintenance program to prevent downtime. Support Daily Production Goals Conduct line changeovers and optimizations for efficiency. Respond promptly to equipment issues and perform necessary repairs. Continuous Improvement & Team Collaboration Work closely with production teams to meet company objectives. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Manufacturing experience required (preferably in production maintenance). Technical or mechanical certifications are a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies.
