Business Analyst

We are seeking a functional Business Analyst with D365 Financials and Operations and D365 Customer Engagement expertise to support a newly implemented ERP solution. The ideal candidate will have a mix of hands-on experience with business applications implementations, solution design and strategic business acumen. 4+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FNO / Customer Engagement experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Minimum of two full-cycle implementations Be a self-starter with plenty of initiative Have a strong work ethic with accountability to commitments and the ability to perform job functions both face to face and virtually Clearly communicate with business and other team members Create great project plans and manage the scope of the projects within the area of responsibility Show strong organizational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance driven environment managing multiple project priorities Have excellent written and verbal communication skills Work to define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues. Participate in prototyping new systems to enhance business processes, operations, and information process flow. Review and analyze effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and work to improve or further leverage these systems. Identify and establish scope and parameters of systems analysis in order to define outcome criteria and measure-taking actions. Perform and document cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed systems to aid management in making implementation decisions. Create functional and technical system specifications documents, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to development resources. Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems, and other post-implementation support. Provide orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems. This role requires a broad range of industry knowledge with a focus on financials and project execution with a minimum of two end-to-end D365 implementations and 4 years of relevant IT experience.
