To learn more about Valeris, please visit We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technology Transformation Principal to support the integration of two organizations in the life science and healthcare space and ensure the successful implementation of the Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud platform. This role will play a critical part in coordinating cross-functional activities across IT, operations, HR, finance, and other departments, ensuring seamless alignment of systems, data, and processes. The ideal candidate has experience in complex project coordination, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple technical workstreams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Your Impact in This Role Develop and maintain a comprehensive implementation plan and timeline-including technical systems, infrastructure, data migrations, communications and process alignment. Translate executive and PE sponsor goals into a clear transformation roadmap aligned with client satisfaction, operational scalability, and growth. Track and update project milestones, identify bottlenecks, and escalate risks to senior leadership. Facilitate regular status meetings, prepare and distribute agendas, follow-ups, and backlog tracking. Maintain an issues & decisions registry, documenting action items, responsible parties, and deadlines. Support TMO governance routines that track progress, surface risks early, and ensure business value is delivered. Provide routine reporting: status dashboards, project summary reports, and risk/issue heatmaps for leadership. Ensure compliance with regulatory or security standards, coordinating audits as needed. Drive post integration operational reviews, capturing lessons learned and measuring success metrics. Act as a strategic integrator - breaking down silos and ensuring transformation initiatives are cross-functional and outcome-driven. Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, security, operations, finance) from both organizations and any external vendors or consultants. Partnership with IT and Operations: Assist with data mapping/migrations, software compatibility assessments, and minimal risk testing protocols (as appropriate) Support a smooth user transition experience, helping with training schedules, internal communications, technical onboarding, and change management. Reporting & Team Structure Reports To: Chief Transformation Officer Key Stakeholders: IT Salesforce Implementation Lead, IT Leadership, Operations Leadership (VP, Directors), Product (VP, Directors), Legal and Compliance, Transformation Management Office In-Direct / Matrixed Resources: Program Leads (e.g., Salesforce, Digital, Data) Integration Project Manager Salesforce Life Science Cloud Implementation Partner QA/UAT Coordinator and Training What you'll need to thrive in this role Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 2+ years of project coordination or project management experience with cross-functional teams. Prior experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or large-scale business integrations or IT implementations preferred. Familiarity with technical systems such as Salesforce, ERP, HRIS, and cloud platforms is a plus. Familiarity with technical architectures: system integration, data migration, networks, directories, and SaaS platforms. Time management and priority juggling in fast-paced environments. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication with various stakeholders. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira). Ability to handle ambiguity, work independently, and manage multiple priorities. Influencing Ability: Guides without formal authority and secures stakeholder buy-in. Preferred Attributes M.S. preferred Experience working in health IT (EHR / Health CRM) across a matrixed organization Self-motivated individual, with proactive proposals. Understanding of change management principles. Comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams. Calm under pressure and solution-oriented. Physical Demands & Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit for long periods of time, use hands to type, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Must be able to type 35 WPM with 97% accuracy. Although very minimal, flexibility to travel as needed is preferred. This job operates in a professional office environment.
