Qualifications: Technical Background: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven technical experience in a role such as a programmer ,DBA, architect ,or similar. Project Management Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).Project management certifications (e.g.,PMP,PRINCE2) are a plus. Experience working with the Judicial System is preferred.
