The Edustaff Spotlight Program is seeking dedicated SLPs to provide essential speech and language services to students with IEPs and 504 plans. What You'll Do: As a vital member of the Edustaff Spotlight team, you will: Conduct in-person evaluations to assess students' speech, language, and communication needs using standardized tools. Develop and implement IEPs, creating customized goals tailored to each student's strengths and challenges. Provide direct, face-to-face therapy sessions that target articulation, expressive/receptive language, fluency, voice, and social communication. Track and report student progress, adapting therapy approaches based on outcomes and team feedback. Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success across academic and social settings. Maintain comprehensive documentation in accordance with district and legal guidelines. Participate in IEP meetings, offering professional input to guide team decisions.
