Occupational Therapist

Occupational Therapist Location: Leitchfield & Vine Grove, KY (2 locations) Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite Schedule: Monday to Friday, Days Openings: 3 positions About the Role We are seeking energetic, positive, professional Occupational Therapists who enjoy working with children, young adults, and families in a collaborative team-oriented environment. You will join a multidisciplinary team providing services such as: Occupational Therapy Behavior Supports / ABA Speech Therapy Physical Therapy Mental Health Therapy Case Management Waiver Services (Michelle P) Your focus will be on supporting clients' growth, development, inclusion, and life skills through therapeutic interventions and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Conduct evaluations and assessments of clients' needs across developmental, physical, sensory, cognitive, and life-skills domains. Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and multidisciplinary team members. Provide therapeutic activities that promote client participation in meaningful daily tasks, play, school, or community life. Educate and coach families, caregivers, and other service providers in strategies to support clients' progress and carryover of skills. Monitor, document, and report client progress; revise goals and interventions as needed Collaborate closely with team members from other services (e.g., PT, speech, ABA) to coordinate holistic care and support. Maintain compliance with professional licensure, regulatory requirements, and service documentation standards. Qualifications Licensed to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Kentucky. Experience and interest in working with children and young adults in pediatric/early intervention settings is strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and co-ordinate with other therapies. Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
