This is a newly created leadership role designed to strengthen clinical oversight, operational efficiency, and team development across a growing urgent care service line. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Registered Nurse with strong emergency department experience and a passion for team leadership in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day clinical operations across urgent care services Supervise and support RNs, LVNs, and Medical Assistants Lead staffing coordination and collaborate on physician scheduling and clinic operations Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and regulatory compliance Mentor and develop clinical staff, promoting accountability and teamwork Support workflow optimization and operational improvements Maintain clinical quality standards and ensure adherence to best practices Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Emergency Department experience required Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred BSN preferred but not required Strong organizational, communication, and team-building skills Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-acuity clinical environment Benefits Competitive hourly compensation ($65-$70/hour, depending on experience) Full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision Leadership opportunity within a growing urgent care service line Stable full-time schedule with structured weekend rotation Supportive administrative and physician leadership team
