Role Overview The Senior Civil Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for large-scale renewable energy and civil infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for civil scopes Analyze drawings and specifications Lead pricing for EPC projects Solicit and evaluate subcontractor pricing Maintain estimating databases Identify risks and opportunities Support bid reviews Support project handover Mentor junior estimators Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree preferred 7+ years estimating experience Experience in infrastructure or renewables Strong knowledge of civil works Proficiency in estimating software Strong analytical skills Excellent communication Preferred Qualifications Utility-scale renewable experience EPC contracting knowledge Professional certifications Leadership experience What They Offer Competitive salary and bonus- $150,000-$170,000 per annum Comprehensive benefits Career development High-impact projects Collaborative culture
