Job Description

The Learning and Development Manager creates a vibrant learning culture within the organization through the ritualization of learning activities. This role will focus on marketing learning opportunities to foster a culture of continuous growth and development. Must be able to work ONSITE 3 days a week. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in learning and development, marketing, or a related role. Experience with marketing and communication strategies. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with gamification and engagement strategies. Familiarity with emerging trends and technologies in learning and development. salary: $35 - $39.57 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities Learning Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote learning programs and initiatives. Create engaging and informative content to highlight the benefits of learning opportunities. Utilize various communication channels (e.g., intranet, email, social media) to reach and motivate employees to focus on personal growth and development. Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to continuously improve engagement. Learning Ritualization: Design and implement learning rituals and routines that integrate learning into the daily work life of employees. Encourage regular participation in learning activities through gamification, challenges, and recognition programs. Create a sense of community around learning by leveraging the value of Proximity. For example by organizing learning circles, book clubs, and peer-to-peer learning sessions. Monitor and evaluate the impact of learning rituals on employee engagement and development. Learning Projects: Lead and manage learning projects from conception to completion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify enterprise learning needs and develop enterprise solutions. Ensure learning projects are aligned with business strategy and deliver measurable outcomes. Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to stakeholders.
