Job Title: HR Assistant Manager Job ID: 061576 Location: Groveport, OH Compensation: $50,000-$60,000 annually (DOE) Hours: Full-time Employment Type: Exempt (Onsite) Company Overview Established U.S.-based organization operating in the consumer products and service industry. Position Summary The HR Assistant Manager will support the establishment and execution of core human resources functions during a critical growth phase. This role will assist in building HR processes, supporting recruitment, ensuring compliance, and contributing to organizational development initiatives. The position offers the opportunity to grow into broader managerial responsibilities based on performance and business needs. Key Responsibilities Support full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for new hires across departments Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and internal controls Administer employee relations matters and provide guidance to staff and leadership Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Coordinate payroll, benefits administration, and employee records management Contribute to workforce planning and organizational development initiatives Support management with HR reporting and strategic workforce insights Qualifications Required: 3+ years of HR experience Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment Must be currently authorized to work in the United States. No visa sponsorship is available for this role.
