Sr. Systems Analyst

Adecco is seeking a Senior Analyst for Oracle Global Data Warehouse & Hyperion Applications in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you'll play an important role in acting as a liaison to various business units and customer groups. You will be supported by a passionate team motivated by fast-paced innovation and the desire to deliver reporting consistency across Oracle, Hyperion, and Microsoft SQL Server / Power BI analytical applications. Location: Onsite in Pittsburgh, PA Pay Rate: $58.96 /hr Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Responsibilities: Coordinate and lead offshore teams in the support of Hyperion Financial Management, Hyperion Planning, Essbase applications, and an Oracle Data Warehouse. Investigate and resolve support issues, championing process improvements and coordinating technical work across various infrastructure and application support teams. Lead small to mid-sized projects from start to finish-working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage and track project schedules, and monitor budgets. Establish and maintain effective working relationships across the organization, including leadership, customers, and 3rd party vendors. Identify risks and communicate clearly with partners across different offices, time zones, and hemispheres to keep key players updated on progress. Participate in and support system upgrades, deployments, and technology expansions, including support for the Orbit reporting tool. Lead the discovery and planning of process improvements in individual or cross-functional areas of responsibility. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology. Proficiency in writing and executing SQL and 2+ years of prior experience supporting Hyperion applications. Knowledge of Data Warehousing, ETL processes, and Data Security concepts (Preferred). Exposure to Oracle ERP modules (Finance, Project Accounting, Procurement, etc.) and Oracle EPM tools like FDMEE and Smart View (Preferred). Technical experience with Oracle R12, Oracle 19c databases, PL/SQL, and Linux environments. Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers, vendors, and management.
