Mental Health Technician - Haven In Conway (PRN)

Arisa Health is seeking candidates to fill Mental Health Technician positions at Haven, a residential program for girls in Conway, AR. Mental Health Technicians provide direct care, supervision, and therapeutic support to adolescent girls ages 12-18 residing in a Qualified Residential Treatment Program (QRTP). This role is essential in creating a safe, structured, trauma-informed environment that promotes emotional regulation, skill development, and healing from complex trauma. College students who are currently studying psychology or a related field are encouraged to apply. Candidates must be at least 21 years old. Work Hours: PRN; As needed What you will do as a Mental Health Technician at Arisa Health: Provide 24-7 supervision Assist with daily living skills, routines, cooking, and personal hygiene Support implementation of individualized treatment plans Assist with de-escalation of crisis situations using trauma-informed responses Transporting clients to appointments, school, activities, etc. Attend weekly staff meetings Daily/nightly shift reports What we look for in a Mental Health Technician: High School Diploma or GED is required Bachelor's degree is preferred Valid driver's license is required Good computer skills The ability to organize and prioritize Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds Must be able to stand for extended periods and climb stairs Must be comfortable sitting at a desk and typing frequently Must be able to work in a team setting and independently Arisa Health is an equal opportunity employer.
