Job Title: OR Materials CoordinatorLocation: Cleveland, OH 44109 Client: The MetroHealth System Contract Length: 13 weeks Start Date: 09/29/2025 Shift: Monday - Friday, 1:00 AM - 9:30 AM Pay Rate: $20.00/hr (All-Inclusive) Position Overview: Seeking an experienced OR Materials Coordinator to join our Operating Room Supply Chain team. This role is responsible for managing the delivery, organization, and distribution of surgical materials and supplies to ensure smooth OR operations. The position involves physical work, attention to detail, and collaboration with surgical staff. Key Responsibilities: Break down deliveries and organize supplies for distribution. Load clean carts with delivered products and ensure timely delivery to designated OR areas. Maintain accurate inventory and documentation using systems such as Lawson, Wavemark, and Epic. Travel to ASC (Ambulatory Surgery Center) locations within a 30-mile radius, as needed. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety regulations, and PPE guidelines. Assist with other supply chain duties to support surgical teams. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. 1+ year of materials management or supply chain experience, preferably in a hospital or surgical setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word). Ability to stand, bend, walk for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and push/pull up to 80 lbs. Valid Driver's License (required for occasional travel). Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Lawson or similar inventory management systems. Background in operating room or healthcare supply chain. Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for reporting and tracking inventory. Work Environment: Hospital setting; scrubs and PPE provided by the facility. Fast-paced environment requiring physical labor and attention to detail. Schedule may fluctuate based on department needs.
