Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of a modern corrugator machine, ensuring optimal performance, quality, and efficiency. Lead, mentor, and train a team of operators, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Develop and implement production schedules, material flow, and staffing plans to meet production targets. Monitor product quality, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed. Collaborate with maintenance and other departments to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and company policies. Troubleshoot operational issues, making quick, informed decisions to maintain productivity. Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency gains. Recommended Qualifications: 3+ years of supervisory experience within a high-speed manufacturing environment, preferably corrugation. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a production team. Strong understanding of corrugator machine operations and processes, including control room, single facer, and double backer functions. Proven commitment to safety, quality, and productivity standards. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work flexible shifts as needed to support 24/7 operations. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
