Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure HVAC systems operate at peak efficiency. Diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues, performing necessary repairs or replacements. Collaborate with team members to design and implement system upgrades or modifications. Maintain accurate records of all service and maintenance activities. Follow all safety guidelines and protocols while working with HVAC systems to ensure a safe work environment. Required Experience: At least 5 years of experience in property maintenance or the HVAC/R industry. Proven experience as an HVAC service technician with strong mechanical skills. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Proficiency in welding and use of tools and equipment commonly found in HVAC installations and repairs. Solid understanding of HVAC principles, including air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and refrigeration. Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus.
