Position: Emergency Room Clinical Nurse Coordinator - Hermitage, TN ($25,000 bonus) Sign-on Bonus: $20,000 | Relocation Assistance: $5,000 Schedule: Full-Time - Nights (7P - 7A) - Rotating Weekends (2 Weekends/Month, Friday - Sunday) Job Summary: The Emergency Room Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) manages and coordinates patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team. This role involves continuous quality assessment and leadership responsibilities within the unit. Key Responsibilities: Assess, monitor, and report patient conditions. Maintain accurate patient records. Coordinate patient care plans with healthcare professionals. Delegate tasks while ensuring patient safety and care quality. Provide patient and family education throughout care. Adhere to safety and infection control standards.
