Your Role: Client Support Specialist As part of our customer service team, you"ll help make sure our clients feel cared for and supported every step of the way. Here"s what your day-to-day might include:Answering phone calls with a positive, professional toneIssuing certificates of insurance (COIs) and adding certificate holdersHelping clients navigate our online portalResponding to inquiries or directing them to the right teammateFollowing up with clients and prospectsConducting account reviews to ensure proper coverageEntering data and handling messages with care and accuracyProviding admin and operational support as neededKeeping communication courteous—even during hold timesStaying organized in a fast-paced, team environment✠What You"ll Need to SucceedFluency in Lithuanian (required)Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and a basic calculatorStrong typing and data entry skillsClear communication—both spoken and writtenDetail-oriented, reliable, and well-organizedFriendly, ethical, and a great team playerExperience with CRMs like Infusionsoft or TurboDial is a plus?
