We are seeking a Volunteer Success & Operations Coordinator to help onboard, support, and retain this growing global team. What You’ll Do Lead volunteer onboarding and orientation Maintain volunteer role descriptions and update needs across teams Match volunteers to the right teams based on skills & availability Support leads in scheduling, communication, and workflows Track engagement and help create a positive volunteer experience Organize recognition, appreciation, and retention efforts You’re a Great Fit If You Love connecting people and helping them succeed Enjoy organization, clarity, and communication Have experience in HR, volunteer management, coaching, or ops Thrive in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment
