Key Responsibilities: Greet donors, explain the donation process, and assist with check-in and hand-offs. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a friendly, supportive environment. Share relevant information with donors and answer questions to enhance their experience. Support the Hospitality Area by recognizing donors and offering refreshments. Monitor donors for potential adverse reactions and report to collections staff if needed. Maintain a clean, organized environment in the Reception, Hospitality, and Donor Areas.
