Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances. Keep common areas clean, safe, and welcoming. Provide helpful, friendly support during resident interactions. Participate in on-call rotation when your community needs you most. What We're Looking For Maintenance know-how across multiple trades (HVAC certification a plus).
