Job DescriptionPersonal Lines Account Executive Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Executive to join a growing team. As a full-service brokerage with a specialization in agriculture, they pride themselves on offering comprehensive insurance solutions to clients. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to continued growth and success. Compensation Package Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 annually, based on experience. Benefits: 100% employer-paid medical insurance. Long-term care (LTC), short-term disability (STD), and life insurance coverage. Work Environment: Onsite position for at least the first year, with potential for hybrid work thereafter. Responsibilities As a Personal Lines Account Executive, you will: Manage a diverse book of business, including standard, high-net-worth (HNW), and excess accounts. Handle quoting, remarketing, general service, internal sales, and cross-selling opportunities. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met. Collaborate with a team of four other account executives to support the agency's growth. Work with carriers such as Travelers, Progressive, Cincinnati, Penn National, Chubb, and Utica. Qualifications/Requirements Licensing: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Experience with carriers or captive agencies is preferred. Technical Skills: Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. #LI-PM1
