Your Role: As a Senior Product Manager on our Digital & eCommerce team, you will lead the Purchase Pod product domain, owning the strategy and delivery of our eCommerce digital products across cart, checkout, quotes, pricing, promotions, and availability. You will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap, drive outcomes end-to-end across the pod, and partner closely with domain Product Managers who own strategy and delivery within each capability. You are a self-starter who is comfortable operating with high autonomy and limited oversight from the Group Product Manager and Head of Product. This position is hybrid in Burlington, MA location with up to 5% travel. Key Responsibilities: Provide pod-level leadership for the Purchase Pod Product Managers, setting direction, aligning priorities, and driving accountability across domains (cart, checkout, quotes, pricing, promotions, availability, etc.) through influence and coaching, without direct people-management responsibility. Create and own a 12-month product vision and strategy that is linked to company and eCommerce strategy. Translate the product vision into a clear, prioritized roadmap for the Purchase Pod, balancing customer value, commercial impact, technical feasibility, security, and operational excellence. Own end-to-end product outcomes for the entire Purchase Pod (cart, checkout, quotes, pricing, promotions, availability), setting the overarching vision, guardrails, and cross-domain integration across online and offline customer experiences, while partnering closely with domain Product Managers who own strategy and delivery within each capability. Partner closely with stakeholders inside Digital & eCommerce and across the global enterprise to establish governance, ensuring auditability and adherence to policy (e.g. pricing approval workflows, platform audit trails, etc.) while enabling speed and flexibility. Drive experimentation and optimization (e.g. A/B tests, elasticity analysis), and translate results into iterative improvements to increase margin, conversion, and win rate while managing customer trust. Ensure the roadmap anticipates and aligns to market advancements that support growth and high customer satisfaction. Synthesize market data from CX into actionable insight and prioritized roadmap decisions, identify areas where we can create differentiators in the market. Set OKRs/metrics of the product(s) owned. Create corresponding data/analytics to track and control the health of the product and business impact. This includes functional and technical OKR/metrics. Build basic dashboards and leverage already built dashboards to measure business success. Partner with the data science and analytics team to spec out more complex data needs. Deeply understand personas and customer segments across product area. Create business plans (product briefs) that outline the how, what, when and why with a clear line to the value created. Lead product design and discovery in partnership with engineering and CX; leveraging data, qualitative research and market behaviors to deliver large customer and business value. Able to lead specific product ideation phases. Partner with IT, Commercial, Engineering, UX and data teams to build and manage a product roadmap, prioritizing between business initiatives, quality of life enhancements and technical optimization. Develop requirements at a product brief or epic level that tie to overall initiatives and as necessary user stories with acceptance criteria. Own delivery for product area, proactively identifying risks and variances to plans, developing & implementing appropriate mitigation activities. Location This is an onsite role which requires a weekly presence and can be supported from any of our following sites, including: St. Louis, MO; Burlington, MA or London, United Kingdom. We do offer a hybrid flexible arrangement. Who You Are Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, IT, Computer Science or related discipline At least 7 years of product leadership experience working with eCommerce or digital products Preferred Qualifications: Experience in large, complex enterprise environments Master's Degree in Business Managment, IT, Computer Science or related discipline Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver business growth results Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Strong customer-centric mindset and service orientation Proficiency in data analysis and visualization with a data-driven mindset. Pay Range: $108,100-$162,100 The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
