Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Experience and deep knowledge in various modules and features of Dynatrace on-prem and SAAS variations Understanding of on-prem and AWS Infra/application components to Integrate and execute automations Experience and strong knowledge in integration of Dynatrace with ITSM, IT Ops and automation tools Experience in defining process and technical SOPs for application onboarding Roles & Responsibilities Analyze the current Dynatrace on-prem and SAAS setup and recommend & implement optimization opportunities Collaborate with app and infra stakeholders to conduct workshops to showcase new capabilities, features and Dynatrace. Showcase the recommendations and finalize the implementation plan Lead and guide offshore/onshore teams to track and implement the solution as per the expectations Collaborate with application SME to onboard applications to Dynatrace Integration of Dynatrace with other ITSM and AI Ops tools (ServiceNow, PagerDuty) Salary Range-$100,000-$140,000 a year #LI-KR3 TCS Employee Benefits Summary: Discretionary Annual Incentive.
