About the Job Maintenance Technician Kingsmark Kennel & The Dog Wash Kingsmark Kennel and The Dog Wash are seeking a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help keep our facilities safe, clean, and running smoothly. This position supports both locations and plays a key role in maintaining a high standard of care for our animals, customers, and staff. Responsibilities:Perform routine building maintenance and repairs. Basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting. Maintain dog wash equipment, and kennel systems. Address minor carpentry, painting, and fixture repairs. Monitor facility condition and report larger repair needs. Maintain clean, safe, and functional indoor and outdoor areas. Coordinate with management on maintenance priorities. Qualifications:Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred. Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs independently. Comfortable working around animals. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks. Valid driver's license required, with proof. Schedule:Flexible hours. On-call or scheduled maintenance as needed. Some weekend availability may be required.
