Your Role - Key Responsibilities Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests-including chemistry, hematology, and immunology-in accordance with established guidelines. Interpret test results for precision, identify and resolve errors, and ensure proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments. Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for analysis as required. Maintain detailed documentation of all procedures, assist in training newcomers, and uphold the highest standards of laboratory quality. Ensure a sanitary and safe workplace, complying with all applicable regulatory and accreditation standards. Education Required Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a comparable degree in allied health, with plans to obtain ASCP/AMT certification. Certifications Needed ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be achieved within the first year of employment. Maintain your certification throughout your tenure with us.
