Education Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification. Certifications ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is required to be obtained within one year of employment. Must maintain certification for the duration of employment. Skills Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
