What You'll Do Lead the Design and Implementation of Frontend SystemsTake full ownership of the user experience across Resolve AI's product.. Build delightful, intuitive, and high-performance interfaces using TypeScript, React, and modern frontend tooling. Drive Product VisionTranslate complex systems and AI capabilities into user-facing features that enable engineers to interact naturally with our AI agent. Deliver interfaces that make powerful workflows feel simple. Ensure Performance and MaintainabilityDesign scalable frontend architecture that is maintainable, performant, and responsive-especially for data-intensive visualizations and real-time interfaces. Build With Product and Users in MindCollaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, and PMs. Lead discussions on product direction and advocate for the end user. Turn real-world pain points into elegant frontend solutions. Iterate Quickly and ResponsiblyPrototype new features rapidly and incorporate user feedback in tight development loops. Contribute to UI quality through robust testing, accessibility, and component reuse. What We're Looking For Minimum of 5 years experience doing software development Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and React, with a track record of building scalable, maintainable, and performant applications Strong UX instincts and ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive interfaces-especially for developer tools, observability systems, or data-heavy applications Experience designing and building reusable component libraries or design systems Fluency in collaborating with backend teams on APIs and performance optimization across the stack Comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment, balancing polish and pragmatism Bonus: interest in AI or developer agents, and curiosity around the impact of LLMs in the product experience Why Join Resolve AI?
