Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for testing when necessary. Maintain detailed documentation of all processes, mentor new staff or students, and help uphold laboratory quality standards. Ensure cleanliness and safety within the workspace while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation protocols. Education Requirements A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification. Certification Needs Certification from ASCP or AMT in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is required to be obtained within the first year of employment. Continuous maintenance of your certification is required throughout your career with us.
