Our client, a leading organization in the technology and business operations sector, is seeking a Business Analyst 2 to join their team. As a Business Analyst 2, you will be part of the Revenue Operations team supporting executive office functions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization. Support organizational rhythms and business reviews to ensure smooth operations Prepare meeting materials and follow-up actions for leadership teams Manage budgets, assets, and operational frameworks to optimize efficiency Partner with leadership to implement process improvements and strategic initiatives Track project goals, deadlines, metrics, and budgets to ensure alignment with organizational objectives What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, or a relevant field 2-4 years of experience in business operations or related roles Experience operating in an executive office or corporate environment Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools Ability to analyze business trends and support strategic planning What's in it for me?
